Recipe of the Week

Brunch done Better:


Herb Toasted Wheat Bread
2 Egg Whites & 1 Yolk, Over Easy
Tomato
Shallots
Lettuce

Super delicious. The herbs I used were Nutmeg & Oregano (With Garlic, of course) brushed on toasted bread with butter then re-toasted. Eat well :)
